9. Advertiser Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to place their ads in the correct category. If an ad is placed in an inappropriate category the ad may be deleted without refund. In order to ensure the a good experience of all visitors and advertisers it's important for Advertisers to place their classified ads in the appropriate categories.

10. MLM: We welcome your advertising. However, we have two stipulations. First, please post your business opportunity ad in the Business Opportunity category only. You may post your products in the appropriate category but you may NOT tell the person about your business opportunity. Only about the product itself. Second, Business Opportunity ads are considered commercial and there are no free ads provided for them. Being entrepreneurs we welcome the opportunity to support your efforts. However, for the sake of our visitors we can not allow this to become a spam site for MLM offers. We would appreciate your cooperation in this manner. We also offer a one month free banner placement to the first person who reports a MLM'er who violates our two criteria's.

11. Ad Spam: Free ads will be deleted if they are placed in more than one category, unless that category is appropriate for the item or service being offered. Business Opportunity and MLM ads may only be placed in the Business Opportunity category. No free ads will be given to Business Opportunity or MLM businesses.

12. No Service: There may be occasional problems with accessing this site due to server problems or network congestion. This is unavoidable and something that most sites experience from time to time. Our site has scheduled downtimes throughout the week for backing up our database and for maintenance of our site. We conduct these maintenance issues after midnight however there may be times when it is necessary to have emergency maintenance on our servers. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these times.

13. Contests: Each business is responsible for the prizes of the weekly contests. They have agreed in advance to either provide said prize or a prize of equal cash value. Any problems concerning the prize or how winners are decided upon is between the business sponsoring the contest and the winner and participants.

If you suspect fraud, copyright infringement or have other problems with a seller we recommend that you first contact the seller.
